Sales Executive – ERP, CRM & Consulting Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to promote and sell ERP, CRM, and Consulting solutions to new clients. The role focuses primarily on selling construction ERP software products and related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the internal CRM system; track and update leads regularly.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects, analyzing industry positions, and evaluating sales options.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing plans.
  • Represent the organization professionally and positively at all times.
  • Travel routinely to meet prospects at their offices and conduct in-person discussions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, networking, planning, and marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge while qualifying prospects, presenting solutions, and conducting product demonstrations.
  • Apply effective customer-oriented sales techniques, relationship-building skills, group presentation abilities, and strong closing skills.
  • Ensure quality standards for deals as per company guidelines.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships by offering support, guidance, and identifying new opportunities for upgrades or improvements.
  • Ensure all prospects and customers are referenceable.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities and market requirements through continuous industry monitoring.
  • Contribute to team efforts by supporting related responsibilities as needed.
  • Establish sales objectives through forecasting and setting targets for the assigned region.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets while managing expenses within budget.
  • Submit periodic reports on time and attend all review calls and meetings.
  • Report directly to the Regional/National Sales Manager.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Developer with 1–2 years of experience in .NET Core, Angular, and MVC frameworks. The ideal candidate will work with our development team to build and maintain web applications, contribute to ongoing projects, and enhance our software solutions using modern technologies.

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, Angular, and MVC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and testing activities to ensure quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for software design and development processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development using:

  • .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
  • Angular (v8 and above)
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • Good understanding of
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and Entity Framework.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
